Refund Policy
Clear terms for a little extra room.
Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. This policy applies when paid purchases are available.

14-day refunds for unused packs
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of that pack’s paid uses have been used. Free daily use does not affect eligibility. The request must reach us within 14 calendar days of the purchase. Once any paid use from that pack is consumed, this voluntary unused-pack refund no longer applies. Exceptions for billing errors, non-delivery, and applicable consumer rights still apply.
What counts as usage?
One successful AI generation consumes one use and returns three editable approaches. Generating again consumes another use; editing and copying are free. Your daily free allowance is used before purchased credits. Failed or timed-out generations release their reservation and do not count as successful usage.
Duplicate charges and non-delivery
If you were charged twice or paid but did not receive the purchased credits, contact us even if the unused-pack conditions above do not apply. We will review the payment and delivery records, correct the issue, or arrange an appropriate refund. A bank authorization that has not settled is not necessarily a completed charge. Do not make another purchase to resolve missing credits.
If a generation succeeded but a connection loss prevented you from receiving it, provide the approximate time and account email. We can investigate operation metadata without asking for your private writing.
How to request a refund
Include your account email, the order reference from Your account or your receipt, purchase date, and a short explanation. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes, full card details, or private draft text. Our response target is within three business days.
How refunds are processed
We review eligibility and request approved refunds through Creem, the merchant of record. We do not issue separate bank or wallet transfers. Refunds return through the original payment method where supported; the payment provider and your bank determine when they appear. We cannot promise an exact settlement date. If you cannot resolve a Creem purchase with us, use the help options in your receipt or contact Creem.
A completed full refund removes the associated pack’s credits. If credits were already consumed in a separately approved refund, the account may show a deficit. A partial refund or disputed payment may pause paid-credit use while it is reviewed. This is not an automatic cash charge.
No recurring charges to cancel
The USD 4.99 pack provides 50 uses with no renewal or expiry. There is no monthly subscription to cancel. Account deletion is a separate action and does not itself request a refund; resolve a refund request before completing deletion.
Your consumer rights
This voluntary policy does not exclude or limit mandatory rights available under applicable law, including remedies for faulty or undelivered services. Where mandatory rules give you additional rights, those rules apply. See our Terms of Service and Creem Buyer Terms.
