What is one use?
One successful AI generation gives you three editable approaches. Generating again uses another credit. Editing and copying cost nothing. Free daily uses are used before purchased credits.
What stays free?
Browser-only templates, the unsent-letter editor, and the reflection guide do not require an account or credits. AI generation sends your writing to DeepSeek; we do not store it on our servers.
Digital delivery: 50 generation uses are added to the signed-in account after verified payment confirmation. If payment succeeds but credits do not appear, contact support with your order reference. Do not buy again to fix a missing order.
Request a full refund within 14 days of purchase if none of that pack’s paid uses have been used. Free daily use does not affect eligibility. Duplicate charges and non-delivery are reviewed separately. Your statutory rights are unaffected.
When purchases are available, Creem acts as merchant of record for checkout, payment, applicable sales taxes, and receipts. Want to Confess provides the writing service and product support.
